7. Peter Pan’s Flight (Fantasyland)
Peter Pan’s Flight is another iconic indoor dark ride attraction which has been in operation at Disney World since 1971, and is a very popular attraction, with an ingenious interactive queque that keeps guests entertained while waiting to begin their adventure. The story of Peter Pan comes to life as guests climb aboard a flying pirate ship accompanied by Peter Pan and Tinkerbell, Wendy, John, and Michael Darling for a magical trip to Neverland, home of Peter and the “lost boys” Three villainous charcters that also show up are the evil Captain Hook, his right-hand man, Mr. Smee, and a vengeful giant crocodile. The dazzling glow-in-the-dark colors, detailed scenery, music, and fun-filled interactive queque are what makes this ride a favorite for thousands of guests each year. A majority of the queque is indoors, so no worries about heat or bad weather. Fast Passes are recommended, especially during busy months.
