7. Under the Sea—Journey of the Little Mermaid
If you enjoyed the Disney animated full length feature film, “The Little Mermaid”, you will love this attraction. You step into a giant clamshell for an amazing journey under the sea into a magical world of talking, dancing, and singing fish of all kinds, mermaids, a sea witch, and even a mythical Greek god, a merman and “messenger of the sea”, but most importantly the father of Ariel, the mermaid who is the main character in the movie. Along your undersea voyage you will meet many animatronic characters, including Ariel, Prince Eric, Sebastian, Flounder, Scuttle, King Triton, and Ursula, the sea witch. The music, colorful scenes, and awesome animatronics in this attraction are extraordinary; a wonderful adventure for the whole family. Another plus for this attraction is the fact that the ride and loading ramp are on conveyor belts, which insures lower wait times, and although Fast Pass+ is availble for this attraction, there are many days the queque is less that 20 minutes.
