Geared towards more hard-core foodies, Boma- Flavors of Africa is basically…. Utopia. This high-end buffet features an extensive array of stews, entrees, salads, and desserts. There will be so much to pick from, I must urge you to take small portions, as you will want to sample everything. (This advice excludes zebra domes. Eat as many of those as possible.)
