1. End With a Bang!
A personal favorite of mine, The Contemporary’s California Grill is without compare for an upscale (but more accessible) dining experience. Seated atop the hotel, this restaurant offers a birds-eye view of The Magic Kingdom. Regarding what to order, you can’t go wrong with any of the flatbreads or sushi roll appetizers. Follow this up with one of the juiciest steaks available. If you have room, any of the seasonal desserts with satisfy. The true delight though, is that by dining here (at any time throughout the day), you will be invited to watch the nightly fireworks from the hotel’s observation deck. And if you happen to book dinner during the fireworks, your servers will make sure that your entrée delivery does not interfere with the show. This is a glorious way to satisfy your appetite.
