10. Star Wars Weekends
For the ultimate Star Wars experience, visit Hollywood Studios during a Star Wars Weekend, typically in May and June. During these weekends Hollywood Studios is transformed into a Star Wars fan’s dream. Storm Troopers guard Hollywood Boulevard, troops parade through the streets, stars from the franchise present seminars and sign autographs, and even Mickey and Minnie dress up as their favorite Star Wars characters. Star Wars weekends are one of the few times that the ban on adults wearing costumes in the parks is lifted, so cosplayers, break out your best duds and dress to impress!
There are already so many great Star Wars experiences at Hollywood studios, and many, many more on the way. The park is in a state of transition as the huge new Star Wars expansion is being built. But by all means, don’t skip this park if you’re a Star Wars fan – there’s plenty to satisfy your obsession, and it’ll whet your appetite for exciting things to come!
