This dining discount program allows guests to get 20% off their entire bill (alcohol included) at select locations. However, not everyone is able to purchase a card for this program. You are only allowed to purchase a card if you are a Florida resident, Disney Vacation Club Member, or an annual passholder. While this is an additional cost on top of your annual pass, if you have a large family and like to eat while at Disney (who doesn’t?), it may be worth the investment!
