6. Early Bird or Night Owl?
Visiting Animal Kingdom either in the early morning or after sundown have distinct advantages to guests. Arriving first thing in the morning allows guests to experience lower crowd levels, more active animals on Kilimanjaro Safari, and may even allow guests to experience one or both of the attractions in Pandora without the use of a FastPass. Visiting in the evening invites guests into a magical world of entertainment and light. Currently, guests can see various Tree of Light Awakenings shows approximately every ten minutes from dusk until park closing. Additionally, guests can see the much-awaited Rivers of Light show on Discovery River in front of Expedition Everest. However, guests wanting a Disney hack can accomplish both: arrive early, leave around lunch time and rest during the afternoon, and head back the park around dinner time and enjoy the evening!
