7. Boma’s African Buffet.
Boma is a delicious buffet that introduces guests to African foods that may be new to them while providing American dining staples that they recognize. The butternut squash soup at Boma is a famous dish as is the smoked chicken and array of African dipping sauces for the meat. The zebra dome desserts and African chicken salad are my favorite dishes at Boma. Photo credit Disney
