5. Know Before You Go
It’s a good idea to check the official Walt Disney World web page for information on future ride rehabs or closures that will be occurring during your stay. If you have the “My Disney Experience” app on your smart phone, you will receive emails on any updates regarding closures or refurbishments. There are times when the opening of a new ride or attraction has been delayed. You can call the Disney Information Help Number, and they can give you a current list of any delays or closures. If you have reserved a Fast Pass, and the ride has broken down, you will be given another Fast Pass to be used later or at another ride. Disney will take good care of you to make sure your day will be the best it can be.
