A day in a Disney theme park is unlike any other. Namely, Disney parks aren’t merely carnival-like amusement parks. They are designed carefully to immerse you in an idealized setting that can’t be found in the outside world. Therefore, take ample time to appreciate the surroundings! If you feel pressed for time, then at the very least, don’t rush through Main Street U.S.A. This beautiful area is styled after a coastal turn-of-the century town and is full of charming shops. Take note of the names printed on the windows. These are all names of people who were influential in Walt’s life! Smell the fresh baked cookies outside of the bakery and ice cream parlor. Sit down and listen to the piano player who gives concerts by Casey’s Corner. Whatever you do, stop and smell the beautiful roses.
