4. The Tower of Terror

The Twilight Zone’s Tower of Terror has been lifting guests into the fifth dimension for many years, bringing them up and up above the park, then dropping them straight down into The Twilight Zone. Next to Aerosmith’s Rockin’ Rollercoaster, The Tower of Terror is perhaps Disney’s Hollywood Studios most thrilling ride. While it does not matter where you sit on this ride, the thrills and chills are all equally felt. But the biggest advantage the front row has is the view from the top of the tower. Before the haunted elevator makes it’s largest drop, it brings guests all the way to the top floor of the Hollywood Tower Hotel. Briefly, guests can see an almost entire view of Disney’s Hollywood Studios right before they plummet to the bottom. It adds an extra element of hype not so keenly felt in the other rows. No matter where you sit, the Tower of Terror is sure to send you screaming into Disney’s little slice of The Twilight Zone.
