8. Pirates of the CaribbeanÂ
The only dark ride on our list, Pirates of the Caribbean has been a fan favorite for decades. With so much to see in this buccaneer-themed boat ride, of course, the front seat is the best view for taking in all of the adventure. The best place for sailing with Captain Jack is right at the front bow, feeling the spray of the sea and the motion of the ocean as your boat bobs and floats through Port Royal. Disney’s dark rides like Peter Pan’s Flight, The Haunted Mansion, and of course Pirates of the Caribbean are all meant to be a visual ride, but still a ride none the less. The front of the boat has a clear view of all the pirate pandemonium and is quite obviously the most desired spot.
