5. A princess must weather the weather.
Princesses at Disney Parks play their roles in various settings. Some of those settings are indoor, and some are outdoor where the weather can be a factor in her performance. Because of this, the young lady who is playing the role of princess must be prepared to be exposed at times to the elements. While character encounters don’t take place outside during inclement weather like rain and thunderstorms, those encounters go on as planned despite the heat of the summer months and the cold of the winter months. And though she will have breaks built into her schedule, the young lady must be able to endure some of the discomforts of less-than-perfect weather at times. She must be able to stay in character and exhibit a cheerful disposition, despite her feeling somewhat uncomfortable because of the temperatures outside.
