1. A favorable feast prepared by Mickey
At Disney’s Contemporary you’ll find Chef Mickey’s—a fan favorite for many Disney World visitors for a number of reasons. For starters, there’s the fabulous array of all-you-can-eat offerings served up buffet style and prepared by Mickey himself. But the real fun comes when Mickey and his handy kitchen helpers Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto all come out to visit each table personally, one by one. All are fully decked out in traditional chef attire and ready to take pictures, sign autographs, and create a lively scene with periodic music and dancing. Chef Mickey’s is open for breakfast, brunch, and dinner each day with characters present at each occasion.
While reservations are not mandatory for every character dining experience it is always strongly recommended. Also keep in mind that character experiences and events are always subject to change, so be sure to stay up-to-date on who is appearing, where they are appearing, and when they will be appearing there.
