9. When to Visit
It’s no surprise that it’s most crowded here during major holidays. Who wouldn’t want to be here to celebrate? However, if you want to avoid peak crowds, it’s best to keep in mind the seasonal shifts. Some of the best times to visit include the second week of January through the beginning of February, the week before Labor Day, and the week after Thanksgiving. During these times you’ll still find crowds, but they won’t be as bad as those during the summer, the holidays, or any time school’s out.
