Disney Shares Iconic Cocktail Recipe from Grand Floridian’s Enchanted Rose

Are you craving a delightful Disney cocktail but unable to travel all the way to Walt Disney World? Today, we are sharing the recipe for an iconic Disney cocktail straight from the source!

Walt Disney World is one of the best places to enjoy signature cocktails and beverages. With classics known throughout the resort, such as the Magic Star Cocktail and the Golden Haze Margarita, to signature drinks like the Nautilus, the Smokey Negroni, or the Peanut Butter Freeze, the Walt Disney World Resort has it all.

In addition to delicious drinks at most Disney World table service restaurants, you can also find exclusive lounges and bars serving unique cocktails. Some of our favorite spots to grab a drink include Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs, the Restaurantosaurus Lounge at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and AbracadaBar at Disney’s Boardwalk. Don’t forget, even if you’re not visiting the Disney parks, you can always grab a refreshing cocktail from an iconic pool bar like Petals Pool Bar or Beaches Pool Bar and Grill.

Enchanted Rose at Disney’s Grand Floridian

In October 2019, Disney opened its second Walt Disney World restaurant inspired by the animated featured film Beauty and the Beast (1991). Enchanted Rose at Disney’s Grand Floridian is inspired by Disney’s Live Action Remake of Beauty and the Beast (2017). The elegant lounge offers multiple dining rooms, each with a different fantasy theme. Guests can dine beneath the golden chandelier inspired by the Beast’s ballroom, enjoy the classic designs of the formal library, or relax in the whimsical garden room. The garden room also offers an enchanting outdoor terrace.

Since the Enchanted Rose is a Disney lounge, it offers relaxed table service but does not require any advanced dining reservations. The lounge is open daily from 3:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., so stop by for a signature drink and a delicious bite. Beginning on January 9, 2024, guests using the new Disney Dining Plan will be able to redeem a table service meal credit at this dining location.

As a Disney foodie, I love writing about Disney food and snacks. Some of my favorites are the Carrot Cake Cookie from Trolley Car Cafe, the Mickey Beignets from Port Orleans French Quarter, and the Apple Blossom from Port Orleans Riverside. When I'm visiting the parks, you can find me on Main Street taking in the good vibe of Magic Kingdom or relaxing with a drink at the Polynesian watching the fireworks from the beach. As a previous Cast Member, I will always have a special place in my heart for the Magic Kingdom, especially Main Street U.S.A.
