7. Guest Relations
There are several Guest Relations locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. There is a location at Disney Springs and also at each of the four theme parks—usually one location just outside each park and one location inside each park. At any Guest Relations location, you can take care of many different kinds of “Dis-ness.” Do you have a rogue MagicBand? Does it have a mind of its own? Guest Relations can help to determine the problem and correct it. Perhaps you need help with your FastPass+ selections or dining reservations? You can find that help at Guest Relations. Have you decided to stay a few extra days in the parks? You can upgrade (add days to) your theme park tickets at Guest Relations too. No matter what you need, there’s usually a Cast Member who can help you with it at Guest Relations.
