Monsieur Paul, located in the France pavilion, is a Signature Dining experience. This means that the food, service, and setting are top-notch, and the prices match. If you want to try a really fancy French meal as you explore the World Showcase, Monsieur Paul is the place to go. The Rouget Atlantique, or red snapper, is a real standout meal. The fish is encrusted with scales made from potatoes, served with fresh spinach, and an absolutely delicious rosemary sauce. Try not to lick the plate!
