Mention “theme park food” and probably the last thing that would come to mind is seafood. Yet that is exactly what’s on the menu at this Liberty Square restaurant, complete with New England-style tavern setting and a nautical theme. Known for its New England clam chowder, fried shrimp, grilled salmon, and the ever-popular lobster roll, Columbia Harbour House also serves chicken pot pie, vegetarian chili, and broccoli peppercorn salad with chicken for the “blasted lubbers” in your party. A personal favorite is the shrimp macaroni and cheese, which does a great job of taking comfort food and elevating it to something even more special.
