New Disney Springs Experience Is Shaping Up to Be Shockingly Affordable

There is a certain kind of sticker shock that comes with dining at Disney Springs, and most guests have made peace with it as just the cost of being there. So when Level99, the massive interactive gaming venue opening June 29 at Disney Springs West Side, revealed its full food and beverage menu this week, the reaction across the Disney fan community was not the usual groan over pricing. It was something closer to genuine relief.

What Is Actually on the Menu at Disney Springs

Level99’s Bites section delivers comfort food with an elevated twist at prices that hold their own against anything else in the district. The Warm Bavarian Pretzel runs $13.50, served with honey mustard and a miso cheese sauce. Korean BBQ Sticky Wings come in at $17.00, and the Loaded Elote Guacamole, topped with charred corn, queso fresco, lime crema, and tajín, is priced at $12.00. Birria Street Tacos round out the shareable options at $16.00, featuring slow-cooked birria with cilantro lime pico and a savory chili broth for dipping.

For something lighter, a Chopped Caesar Salad is $14.00, and Chilled Shanghai Noodles tossed in sesame miso dressing with chili crisp come in at $16.00.

The real standout is the Detroit-style pizza, baked in a steel pan after 24 hours of fermentation. Guests can order by the slab, two squares, or as a whole pizza with six squares, making it equally practical for a solo lunch break between challenges or a full table sharing a meal. The Standard, with housemade red sauce and pecorino romano, starts at $8.00 for a slab or $20.00 whole. Roni, Roni, Roni adds Ezzo cupping pepperoni and Calabrian chili for $8.50 or $21.00. Figgy P, the most adventurous option with crispy prosciutto, burrata, and tomato fig jam, comes in at $8.75 per slab or $22.00 whole.

Handhelds round out the savory side, including a House Burger at $20.00 made from 100 percent domestic wagyu beef with sharp white cheddar and brown butter aioli, and a Goddess Grilled Chicken Sandwich at $18.00.

The Bar Program Is the Real Surprise

Level99’s two-story bar anchors the entire venue, and the drink pricing might be the most genuinely shocking part of this entire menu reveal. Every signature cocktail is locked in at a flat $15.50, undercutting several neighboring Disney Springs bars by a few dollars. The Mango Habanero Margarita and an Espresso Martini topped with vanilla and coconut cream foam lead the list, alongside a Cherry Cardamom Mule available in a Large Format bowl for three or more guests at $55.00.

A rotating lineup of Florida craft beers, including Suncreek Brewery, Funky Buddha, and Cigar City, runs between $9.00 and $12.00. Guests skipping alcohol can grab a Zero-Proof Pouch for $13.50, featuring options like a Pineapple Banana Painkiller or a rosemary-infused Paloma.

Opening Day Is Almost Here

Level99 opens June 29 at Disney Springs West Side, taking over the nearly 47,000-square-foot space that once housed DisneyQuest and later the NBA Experience. The venue features 63 challenge rooms, the largest lineup in the Level99 portfolio, alongside more than 40 original art installations. Tickets start at $29.99 per player, and the first 500 players through the door on opening day will receive a commemorative pin.

Between the scale of the gaming experience and a food and beverage program that genuinely competes on price with the rest of Disney Springs, Level99 is shaping up to be one of the more pleasant surprises the district has seen in years.
