Walt Disney World Golf just gave the Magnolia course a new reason to visit and it involves one of Disney’s most recognizable and perpetually disgruntled characters standing beside one of the most challenging stretches of holes on the property.

A brand new Grumpy statue and photo opportunity has been unveiled at Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course, positioned at the entrance to Grumpy’s Gauntlet beside the 14th tee. For anyone who has played the Magnolia before and knows what holes 14 through 17 feel like, the placement is both accurate and appropriate.

The Statue and Its Hidden Disney Details

The Grumpy statue is not just a photo prop. It rewards attention in a way that reflects genuine creative thought about who Grumpy is and where he comes from. He is holding a 7-iron, which functions as a deliberate tribute to his fellow dwarfs. The number seven is not a coincidence.
