Woman at Disney World Forced To Change Low-Cut Shirt, “Is This Too Much?”
A Walt Disney World Resort guest recently shared her experience with the Central Florida theme park’s dress code.

Last month, TikTok user @indimariee shared a video documenting her experience at Magic Kingdom Park, where she was asked to change out of her low-cut crop top. In the video, she posed the question, “Is this too much for a little Disney day?” as she stood in front of Cinderella Castle wearing the original shirt.
@indimariee dress code is real #fyp
In the video, @indimariee showed herself after changing into a different black tank top, answering her own question with, “Well YES.”
Although Walt Disney World Resort’s dress code doesn’t specifically mention low-cut shirts or crop tops, it does prohibit “clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment.” This vague wording leaves room for interpretation, and individual cast members are given the discretion to enforce the dress code as they see fit.

The Disney dress code has gained attention in recent years, especially after viral TikTok videos in 2022 encouraged guests to test the limits of the park’s attire rules. Back then, cast members often gave guests who violated the dress code complimentary shirts. However, as the trend grew, Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort management cracked down on this practice. Now, guests who violate the dress code are either asked to leave the park or must purchase alternative clothing.
Walt Disney World Resort guests are encouraged to dress respectfully and in accordance with park guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for all. If you’re ever unsure about your outfit, it’s a good idea to double-check the park’s dress code guidelines or bring a backup option to avoid any issues.
Should Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort resume giving free shirts to guests who violate the dress code? We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

She was 100% wrong and she knew it. Looks like she twisted the tank top to be more skimpy. Go to the beach or the club if you want to dress like that. Private businesses are allowed to set standards and that’s what Disney did.
No she should Not get free shirt. She should know better.
Some people push the envelope for a little attention. They know they are borderline on breaking the rules. They just do not care and want to see how far and long they can go with it. She is now forever etched into the annals of Disney history online. Stop allowing them to post their stories. do not give them that attention, but do give them the attention to the door.
