You won’t always encounter friendly people in the hospitality industry, which is true of any industry, but Disney operates at a higher level and is committed to providing excellent guest service at all of its resorts and throughout its theme parks as well. Cast members who work at the resorts on property are constantly finding ways to sprinkle an extra bit of magic on your vacation, so always let them know if you’re celebrating something during your stay. They’re also excellent resources if you have any questions about making reservations or fastpasses, so don’t be afraid to ask!
