5. Don’t Always Follow Trams
Look at the bigger picture of the parking lot to be sure that there isn’t a walking shortcut from your location. For example, on our last trip to Epcot we were parked in the closest lot and planned on walking. But we were in one of the furthest spots away from the tram (an unlucky break, though I tried to follow my own advice in #7). It was a decent little hike just to get to the main road. However, we were very close to the bus transportation center. Instead of following the flow of parking lot people, we walked away from the tram, joined the route from the buses, and saved time and energy.
