7. Don’t waste time saving a spot for fireworks
I’m sure many people would disagree with me, but I’ve gotten really good spots for the fireworks with 20 or less minutes until show time—so I know it’s possible. I understand if it’s your first time at the park and you don’t want to risk it, so I would suggest picking a spot no more than 45 minutes prior. With no nighttime parade, you’ll have an easier chance of getting a decent spot without needing to wait an hour or more.
