No mincing words here—a getaway to Walt Disney World is the most magical experience you can have on vacation. But if you don’t have a budget going into your Disney vacation, it could easily turn into the most expensive vacation you’ve had. It’s important to have a budget—and not just one. It’s smart to have a budget for souvenirs, one for meals and one for experiences not included with your valid park admission. Throwing caution to the wind with your budget is the same as throwing money out the window. Don’t be a rookie—avoid passing out when you receive your credit card statement a month after your trip by being budget-conscious before and during your Disney trip. You’ll be glad you did, and so will your pocketbook.
