4. Expedition Everest at Night
Another attraction that delivers an entirely different experience after the sun goes down, Expedition Everest transforms from an exhilarating thrill ride during the day to something both breathtaking and quite spooky at night. The views from the top of the mountain are beautiful, with the lights of the entire Disney resort stretching out for miles around you. But what will truly surprise you is how eerie the attraction can be after dark. The purple lights that Disney uses for illumination of the mountain give it an otherworldly feel, and the sounds of wind and Tibetan music that can be easily overlooked during the day are particularly ominous at night. Not to mention the lingering threat of the Yeti tearing the coaster off the track! Even with hundreds of other guests around you, the whole experience can give you the shivers!
