4. Riding Expedition Everest
This is probably my favorite coaster to ride at night because the parts of it that are dark are somehow even darker when night falls. You also get incredible views of the entire property—you can see Tower of Terror and Spaceship Earth! If you coordinate it well enough, you may be able to see fireworks from either of those parks when you’re riding, which are pretty cool.
