8. Eat Authentic Japanese Food
If you've ever been to Japan, you know that one of the best things about it is that you're able to routinely treat yourself to a feast for the senses. In that spirit, the Japan Pavilion in Epcot is home to a quick-service eatery and two table-service restaurants—with a third one on the way—so you'll have no trouble getting your fill.
The quick-service option, Katsura Grill, is a wonderful place to try some shrimp tempura and udon noodles, with the option to dine inside the restaurant or out by the beautiful gardens. The first table-service place, Teppan Edo, has you seated around a large grill where chefs chop and stir-fry dishes right at your table. Talk about table service! The other option, Tokyo Dining, is more of a modern upscale establishment that makes you feel like you're really inTokyo.
