1. The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights
Every holiday season I remember that the Osborne lights no longer exist and I get very, very sad. The dancing lights, which lived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, truly embodied the spirit of the season. Set to a medley of holiday tunes, the lights would light up the Streets of America and twinkle against the snowfall. Many guests, including myself, were devastated when it was announced that the lights would dance for the last time on January 6, 2016.
Though we love when Disney adds new experiences to the parks, it doesn’t make saying goodbye to our favorite things any easier. However, we trust that Disney will continue to bring the highest level of entertainment value to the parks, which gets excited for what’s to come.
