3. Pack snacks
I am a firm believer in packing snacks in my bag when I go to Disney. Having little snacks throughout the day helps curb my hunger and keeps me from eating badly, that way I can enjoy the delicious meal at the Disney restaurant later in the day. Things like fruit snacks, nuts or crackers work the best, but you can really bring whatever you like. I know people who even pack lunch, so there really is no limit!
