4. Cost
Guests wanting to stay in the Disney bubble will notice they are paying a slight premium for the rooms. Given the variety of amenities and proximity to the parks, this makes sense. Guests willing to stay off property will realize a cost savings on their trip in a monetary sense, but will it will cost them in the time they spend traveling to and from the parks each day.
