This festival comes just a short while after the holiday’s end, which is when the parks are at their busiest. By the time this festival begins, the holiday crowds will dissipate, making your experience more comfortable. The temperature is also a lot more comfortable than during the other festivals, which means you won’t be dripping by the time you make it all around the World Showcase.
