6. Walking distance to 2 WDW Parks
While of course you can take the boat to Hollywood Studios or Epcot, why not take the short 15-minute walk on a well-paved path. This can prove to be a time-saver on some occasions as well. Plus if you want to add Magic Kingdom to your day, just walk over to Epcot and catch the monorail. No buses needed.
