3. Vitamin D
It’s been proven that being in the sun is a great way for our bodies to generate a healthy dose of vitamin D—and there’s plenty of sun to be had at Disney! According to Medical News Today, “adequate vitamin D intake is important for the regulation of calcium and phosphorus absorption, maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, and is suggested to supply a protective effect against multiple diseases and conditions such as cancer, type 1 diabetes and multiple sclerosis.” Soaking up that Florida sunshine at Disney World seems pretty healthy! (Within moderation, of course. Sunscreen is highly recommended.)
