2. Extra-Magical Service
The Cast Members (employees) at Teppan Edo are all extremely courteous and attentive. You’ll be given a warm towel for your hands before eating, which is a nice luxury. The staff is also very attentive to food allergies and preferences, taking care to prepare food for anyone with a sensitivity in a way that avoids cross-contamination. The servers will even transform your chopsticks into a “beginner” version by wrapping them in such a way that makes them far easier to use.
On our most recent trip, our chef, Tae, was most gracious and gave special attention to our toddler who enjoys playing “kitchen” at home. She even stopped to look at a picture of him dressed in a chef costume at Halloween and then posed for several pictures with our family. Cast Members like Tae are what make the most magical memories!
