1. Under the Sea — Journey of the Little Mermaid (New Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom)
We've noticed that there are times when the line for this ride actually builds up into something substantial, but more often than not, the almost-comically-long queue is practically empty. There never seems to be any rhyme or reason for it, but if you catch it at a good time, you'll essentially walk right onto the ride.
It would be easy for us to double this list, because we've visited WDW so many times we know by heart which attractions are best suited for FastPass usage. For now, start with the list above and you'll avoid feeling like you've wasted any of your precious passes.
