1. Alert a security cast member
The best thing to do in a situation where a guest is being rude and unruly is to try ad find a security cast member. Often times you can find them walking around the parks, keeping an eye on things and watching for inappropriate guest behavior. They are trained to handle all kinds of guest situations, more so than regular cast members, making them the best people to go to if you feel uncomfortable.
Whether a guest is being rude verbally or physically, you have every right to alert a cast member and report the situation. Even if you aren’t directly involved, it never hurts to let someone know what’s happening so they can take care of it in a timely fashion before it becomes a bigger problem.
