2. Disengage from the situation
One of the best things to do when you witness a guest being rude is to simply disengage from the situation. This may not always be possible, especially if you are in line for a ride or for food. However, if you are in an open space are able to walk away, this is one of your best options. Sticking around to see what the guest will do next may seem like a good or “fun” idea but it could cause them to get more riled up, which could make the situation escalate even further.
