In addition to four marvelous theme parks and over twenty resorts, Walt Disney World is home to two wonderfully themed water parks. Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach invite guests to cool off through a variety of wave pools, lazy rivers, and tube and body slides. These two parks are often overlooked by guests when visiting Walt Disney World, but there is so much to see and do at both of the water parks. Here are our six tips to help you enjoy the Disney water parks!
6. Pack Sunscreen
The quickest way to ruin a day at Walt Disney World is to get a sunburn. You’ll want to make sure that you have plenty of sunscreen and apply it before ever getting to the park so you can immediately start having fun. Guests will also want to make sure that they re-apply their sunscreen every ninety minutes. Guests can also buy UV shirts from the shops in the parks.
