5. Special ticketed event
If you plan on visiting the parks any time from late August through December, you may want to check park hours to make sure you aren’t going to Magic Kingdom on a special ticketed event night! Magic Kingdom plays host to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on select nights from August to November and then November to December. The park closes at 7pm to regular day guests on those nights, so don’t choose that park unless you don’t mind losing hours! There are also other special events that happen at EPCOT, like the festivals, but those are included with admission!
