Hollywood Brown Derby

4.  The Hollywood Brown Derby—Hollywood Boulevard

This Brown Derby is an authentic replica of the world-famous Hollywood Brown Derby in Los Angeles.  Here you can step back in time to the godlen age of Hollywood, with all the glamour and glitz that exemplified the world of motion pictures during those early years, when fame and fortune meant becoming a famous movie star.  The furnishings and pictures of celebrities on the walls are exact duplicates of the original Hollywood Brown Derby.  This is a fine dining restaurant, so be prepared to part with a few extra dollars, but the atmosphere and savory signature dishes make it well worth the expense.  A couple of the most delectble meals are the Charred Filet of Beef, the Roasted Cheshire Pork Chop, Faroe Island Salmon, and of course, the most famous Cobb Salad, which was named after the restaurant’s owner, Robert Howard Cobb.  A trio of mini gourmet desserts rounds out your meal, and a variety of beverages, including featured wines from Napa Valley are available.   This meal is guaranteed to delight your palate and give you a sense of what Hollywood was like at the beginning of the star-studded era of movie making.
