3. Art of Animation Family Suites
A personal favorite of mine, the family suites at the Art of Animation are simply without compare. While this resort is technically in the “value” category, WDW regulars agree that this venue is a notch above the rest. Each suite (themed after either Finding Nemo, The Lion King, or Cars) features a master bedroom, an oversized living room with 2 beds, and 2 full-sized bathrooms! Finally, WDW is offering an affordable room for parties with multiple females! (Only one small section of this huge resort features standard-sized rooms, so booking an available suite should be a non-issue.) In addition to the spacious and well-themed rooms, this resort offers activities and amenities for all ages. This includes a large arcade, diverse gift shop, 3 separate pools, splash area for kids, poolside bar, and free movies on a nightly basis. If you and your family aren’t hooked after one stay, then I’m a monkey’s uncle!
