While growing up in Midwestern America, the man who started it all (Walt Disney) cultivated a great love of fireworks. When his vision for Disneyland in California finally came to life, he wanted to treat all guests to similar nightly spectaculars. (One can argue that Walt pioneered the idea of creating this “musical button” ending to a theme park day).
