2. Train Fireman

While they don’t have to shovel coal like their historical counterparts did, train firemen do have to monitor the fire temperature and water pressure of the steam locomotives that Disney World uses to transport guests.  Operational steam locomotives are becoming harder to find with every passing year due to their replacement by diesel locomotives, and with their disappearance true train firemen are becoming harder to find as well.
