9. Check crowd calendars.
This is especially important if you’ve never been to Disney World, or if you’ve never been during peak seasons. It can be a shock to see how crowded the parks can get during the summer months, around holidays and during special events in the parks. Save yourself the shock of huge crowds by studying crowd projections online and by reading up on which attractions to head to first to avoid long lines later in the day.
