4. Pack for the season…kind of.

Since you’re visiting central Florida, there’s no such thing as packing a parka if you’re visiting in January. Central Florida rarely sees bitterly cold temperatures (however, I did spend December 2017/January 2018 in the parks and it was uncharacteristically cold and wet!). Be sure to pack your swimsuit. And for the parks, you’ll want to pack clothing that is breathable and cool—especially if you’re visiting between April and September. You might bring along some jeans (along with shorts) if you’re visiting in late fall or winter—and maybe a light jacket or windbreaker. You may or may not need it. But if you’re visiting in the warmer months, don’t pack clothing with thick material—you’ll be miserable.
