13. Belle
Say hello to Belle on the promenade in the France pavilion on the World Showcase. She is dressed in her blue dress and white apron. She signs autograph books, talks about her father’s latest inventions and even poses for photographs with her adoring fans! This is the only place to meet Belle because the “Enchanted Tales with Belle” attraction at Magic Kingdom is not actually a meet and greet.
