12. If you stay on property, book through a travel agent.
If you have decided that the expense of staying at a Disney World resort is one you want to incur because of the experience (and it is amazing!), make sure to book through a travel agent. A travel agent knows about all the deals available for different travel dates, and once you book, if a better rate becomes available during your dates of travel because of a new promotion at Disney, the travel agent will be the first to know about it, and he or she can apply the savings to your reservation.
