4. Hold Hands

During certain times of the day and in certain areas of the parks, crowds can become overwhelming. For instance, the crowds just after any fireworks show are almost always thick and difficult to navigate. When the crowds become this heavy, it can be incredibly easy to lose a person, and a small child could even be trampled.

For this reason, it is important to carry small children and hold hands with older kids after shows or during other incredibly crowded times.
